Christian Hertweck and co-workersfrom HKI in Germany have published in ACIEE on the isolation of a group of macrolides and divergolide D was the most cytotoxic with IC50 values ranging from 1-2 micromolar against lung cancer (LXFA 629L), pancreatic cancer (PANC-1), renal cancer (RXF 486L), and sarcoma (Saos-2) cancer cell lines.
