Postdoc position?

Here’s an article from C&EN about postdoc positions. Some main points:

Grad students should look for post docs a year in advance, the rumors may be true about advisors with bad reputations, and pick a lab that will make you a better skilled chemist (i.e. don’t do the same thing you did in grad school)
