Sintokamides A, B and C Synthesis

Posted by naturalproductman on November 17, 2010

Armen Zakarian and co-worker have published in ACIEE on an approach towards sintokamides A, B and C. They take advantage of a ruthenium catalyzed cross coupling between a titanium enolate and a bis-chloro-monobromo-methane unit by using a ruthenium catalyst.
