Kuo-Hsiung Lee and co-workers at the University of North Carolina and other institutions have published in the Journal of Natural Products on the isolation of 2′-(R)-O-acetylglaucarubinone, a quassinoid from the bark of Odyendyea gabonensis (Pierre) Engler.  The quassinoid had an ED50 of 0.04 micromolar against DU145 cells.
